Tom Campbell

President & CEO

In 2008 Tom purchased STAT Resources. His extensive knowledge of business as well as his background make him eminently qualified to understand the needs of our clients. He has been in the staffing and recruiting industry since the late 80’s and also owns an engineering and IT staffing firm.

Tom graduated from VMI with a B.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering. After a few years working in his field, Tom co-authored several papers dealing with structural stresses on pipe supports, and received a master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

While Tom primarily advises on marketing and sales issues, he understands business and has also done quite a bit of consulting outside the company. Tom has always emphasized the importance of the family culture we embrace at STAT.

INTERESTS: As a former high school and college football star, Tom is mad for sports of all kinds, but enjoys time spent with his grandchildren more than any other activity.

Jan McMaster

CFO

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh for both undergraduate (English and Russian) and post graduate degrees (MBA in Finance and Accounting), long time employees will remember Jan most for her personal connection to them. Since we all wore many hats in the beginning of the company, Jan recruited and played secretary, all while establishing the accounting and payroll systems and procedures, and choosing and administering the benefit programs.

Jan and Tom agreed heartily that STAT would offer more to our employees in terms of benefits and honesty, and value-added to our clients by providing a more satisfied workforce.

INTERESTS: Jan enjoys foreign travel, reading, wines and family time.

Cherie Fabrizi-Maroni

Technical Director

Cherie began her career at STAT in July 2005. She manages the technical aspects of the division and oversees all areas of compliance. Her responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, placement, and scheduling, as well as supervising staff performance including; conducting evaluations, handling grievances and disciplinary actions.

Cherie takes pride in her ability to create and build effective strategic business partnerships. Her favorite part about her role is the relationships she builds with employees and clients. Cherie works closely with clients to determine regional needs and requirements to maintain divisional operations. She conducts regular site visits to ensure quality staff performance and to maintain a positive working relationship with clients.

Cherie’s passion for healthcare comes from her background as a Registered Ultrasound Technologist RDMS (Ab)(Br). She has earned an A.S Degree in Science and Ultrasound certification.

INTERESTS: Cherie enjoys the mountains, the beach, the river and all things outdoors. She also loves spending time with family, friends and her dogs.

Jeff Mauser

Manager

Jeff has been involved in all aspects of STAT since 2008. He is responsible for managing the business operations side of the company. Jeff has worked as a recruiter, then as a manager, and understands the needs of both his clients and candidates. His background and business knowledge translate to an excellent and in depth understanding of the company’s needs. Jeff’s continuing expertise and zealous commitment to honesty is what makes him an exceptional manager.

INTERESTS: Jeff serves as a coach for a number of local youth sports teams, and is passionate about his family, these teams and Pittsburgh pro sports.

Shannon Mauser

Account & Human Resources Manager

Shannon joined STAT in 2008 and is responsible for the selection and maintenance of all STAT benefit programs, manages the accounting and payroll systems, and is the decision maker for commercial insurance programs. When Shannon began her career with STAT, everyone had to learn to do everything, from recruiting to admin duties. Shannon has a vast knowledge of how everything in our company works.

INTERESTS: Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, whether at home or at their varied and many sports activities.

Andrea Hart

Payroll & Recruiting

Andrea joined STAT Resources in May of 2018. She began as an administrative assistant and quickly grew into the position of payroll and human resources assistant. Andrea’s role requires her to handle multiple tasks including payroll, invoicing, employee management, and administrative support. She handles new employee paperwork and helps them with payroll information by answering questions and requests.

Andrea loves the challenge of taking on responsibilities and learning new things. She enjoys working in the recruiting industry and the people she works with. Prior to working at STAT Resources, Andrea worked as an executive assistant, installed business manager, and technical recruiter. Andrea has earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Policy Administration from Penn State University.

INTERESTS: Andrea enjoys riding her Harley, tending to her flowers and gardening, and spending time with her family, especially her grandson Steele.

Alexis Studer

Marketing & Administrative Assistant

Alexis joined STAT in July 2019 as a marketing and administrative assistant. A dual role that requires multitasking, organization, and creativity. She’s responsible for editing contracts, proposals, and resumes as well as managing STAT’s social media marketing campaigns. Alexis develops relevant content and oversees the design of graphics, logos, and other print materials. She enjoys coming up with new marketing ideas and ways to increase brand awareness.

Prior to joining our team, Alexis comes from a background in customer service. She also spent a year as a marketing assistant at a nonprofit dog training facility, where she learned how to manage social media marketing campaigns. Alexis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Old Dominion University in Virginia, with an emphasis in public relations.

INTERESTS: Alexis enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and dogs.
